戰(zhàn)“疫”丨聞堰的防疫做法讓外籍人士很暖心！

　　聞堰是一座包容開放的城市，近年來隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展，有不少外籍友人居住在此。日前，聞堰街道聞家堰社區(qū)隱龍灣小區(qū)來了兩位國際友人，其中一位是隱龍灣的外籍租戶。根據(jù)疫情防控要求，需要房東簽署個(gè)人承諾書，但由于語言障礙，房東拒絕為其承諾，社工多次嘗試說服房東無果，溝通工作陷入了僵局。

　　聞家堰社區(qū)書記汪麗娜和隱龍灣小區(qū)網(wǎng)格長張婷得知情況后馬上趕往現(xiàn)場了解情況。張婷憑借較強(qiáng)的外語能力，現(xiàn)場與外籍租戶進(jìn)行溝通，了解到外籍租戶名叫Natasha，來自贊比亞，在浙江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)就學(xué)。Natasha承諾未曾前往和途徑疫區(qū)，愿意在家自我隔離14天。于是在順暢的溝通下，Natasha辦理了相關(guān)手續(xù)，并返回自己的住所接受觀察。

　　Natasha居家觀察期間，張婷每天仍然與其保持聯(lián)系，提供各種幫助，讓她在異國他鄉(xiāng)感受到了溫暖。除此之外，張婷還幫助來自烏克蘭的住戶解決因生活方式不同產(chǎn)生的鄰里糾紛。全市推行健康碼后，張婷主動(dòng)給來自烏克蘭的Roman解讀防控新途徑，并教他學(xué)會(huì)如何獲得和使用健康碼。

　　聞江社區(qū)毗鄰濱江區(qū)，有不少留學(xué)生和企業(yè)的外籍員工居住在這兒。隨著杭州健康碼的普及，對(duì)于外籍人士來說，一份英文版的申請指南，顯得尤為重要。聞江社區(qū)審時(shí)度勢，及時(shí)在微信公眾號(hào)上推出"杭州健康碼"申領(lǐng)簡要指南中英文版。

　　A Quick Guide to"Hangzhou Health Code"

　　外籍人士請查收：

　　步驟一：打開手機(jī)支付寶掃描右側(cè)二維碼可直接進(jìn)入。

　　STEP 1

　　Find/download the mobile phone app Alipay (支付寶 in Chinese) and scan the QR code below with it.

　　步驟二：授權(quán)“杭州健康碼”獲取個(gè)人有關(guān)信息：姓名、手機(jī)號(hào)、證件號(hào)碼。

　　STEP2

　　You might see the message as below, for first-time users, to request your consent to provide personal information. Just click the right button to agree. You may just skip it if you’ve registered.

　　步驟三：依次填寫選項(xiàng)(*為必填)。

　　STEP3

　　Answer the questions as requested concerning your health status and whereabouts.

　　步驟四：確認(rèn)后提交。

　　STEP4

　　Complete the form and submit.

　　步驟五：生成二維碼。

　　STEP 5

　　Get the Hangzhou health code.

　　注：顯示綠碼者，進(jìn)出杭州掃碼通行;顯示紅碼者，要實(shí)施14天的集中或居家隔離，在連續(xù)申報(bào)健康打卡14天正常后，將轉(zhuǎn)為綠碼;顯示黃碼者，要進(jìn)行7天以內(nèi)的集中或居家隔離，在連續(xù)申報(bào)健康打卡不超過7天正常后，將轉(zhuǎn)為綠碼。

　　Note: You are requested to have a GREEN code for entering or leaving from Hangzhou. A RED code holder is requested for self-imposed quarantine at home or mass quarantine for 14 days in a row, and shall be eligible to have a GREEN code when he/she has reported himself/herself in normal condition for the past 14 days. Likewise, a YELLOW code holder is requested to stay for self-imposed quarantine at home or mass quarantine for 7 days in a row, and shall be eligible to have a GREEN code when he/she has reported himself/herself in normal condition for the past 7 days.

　　請隨時(shí)在需要用到的時(shí)候刷新你的二維碼。

　　Please keep your Health Code updated(Dynamic) and present it when is required.

　　除了支付寶外，為方便群眾申領(lǐng)，“杭州健康碼”已開通網(wǎng)頁掃碼、微信掃碼等申領(lǐng)渠道。未申領(lǐng)人員可通過掃描屏幕下方二維碼進(jìn)行申領(lǐng)注冊。原支付寶、釘釘申領(lǐng)渠道繼續(xù)有效。

　　To accommodate the high demands, Hangzhou Health Code can now be accessed via the webpage and also the Wechat app. The earlier launched Alipay and Dingtalk channels are still available.
